Where is Your Data Stored?
(Third-Party Services) Our website is hosted on the Squarespace.com platform. Squarespace.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Website Data: Your data may be stored through Squarespace.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Squarespace.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Clinical Records: We use Quenza, a specialized practice management platform, to store your clinical notes, intake forms, and completed activities.
Security: Quenza is fully compliant with HIPAA and GDPR standards. Your data is protected by AES-256 encryption (bank-level security) both in transit and at rest.
Access: Only Tony Yuile has access to your specific client file within this platform. Quenza staff do not access your data unless technically necessary for support and bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
