This hypnosis track, ‘Let Go of Stress helps s soothe daily stress. It’s designed to help you unwind, encourage a sense of calm within your nervous system, and support a sense of agency in your daily life.

As you settle in and listen, you’ll be guided through gentle breathing, soothing relaxation, and peaceful imagery that invite your mind and body to soften built-up tension and worry.

With each repetition, you can reinforce calmer responses to everyday pressures — supporting the management of your stress levels and helping your body and gut transition into a more settled and comfortable state.

From IBS to Wellbeing

This hypnosis track, "Create Wellness From Within," guides you into a deep state of relaxation where you practise using your breath and inner awareness to support the release of tension and cultivate a sense of agency.

Through gentle instructions and soothing background music, the session utilises autogenic training principles — aimed at supporting feelings of warmth, heaviness, and calm within your body. These techniques are designed to support the management of IBS and digestive discomfort by encouraging a more relaxed internal state.

By practising this recording regularly, you can support your ability to foster wellness from within, helping your body and mind to respond to daily stressors with consistency and resilience.

Let go of worries like leaves on a stream

The ‘Leaves on a Stream’ mindfulness meditation is a gentle practice designed to support you in observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment or attachment.

As you sit quietly, you are invited to visualise a peaceful stream with leaves floating on its surface. Each time a thought, feeling, or sensation arises, you imagine placing it on a leaf and watching it float away downstream.

This exercise is designed to help you navigate mental clutter, supporting a sense of presence and mental rest. It is a helpful tool for managing the flow of daily stressors and repetitive thoughts, helping to encourage a sense of perspective and calm in your daily life.

IMPORTANT

Do not listen to your hypnosis recording while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity that requires your full attention. Hypnosis can alter your state of awareness and may impair your ability to respond quickly or safely to changing situations. Always listen in a safe, quiet place where you can relax undisturbed and ensure your safety at all times.
